Dispatch and Deliveries – Australian Orders
Information about Print Orders: Postage with Australia Post Registered Post within Australia is included in the price – upon payment your poster will be printed and posted, protected in a postage tube within 24 working hours of payment. If in the unfortunate circumstance your item is damaged, you will need to contact us within 24 hours with photo evidence to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send a replacement within 3 working days.
Information about Canvas Orders: We provide free postage and with some exceptions to country and remote areas and for those we do our best to absorb as much cost as we can and get the cheapest postage cost. Please contact us if you would like to double check any extra postage costs if you live in a remote area. Canvas’ take up to 3 working days to make and dispatch. Canvas orders are sent via Fastway Couriers and are packed well to ensure no damage. If in the unfortunate circumstance your item is damaged, you will need to contact us within 24 hours with photo evidence to email@example.com. We will send a replacement within 3 working days.
Dispatch and Deliveries – International Orders
We are currently shipping prints to a few select countries such as New Zealand, United States, Canada and the UK. Shipping for prints is $30 AUD for one tube and it is sent via Australia Post Pack & Track International. Pack & Track takes an estimated 3-10 business days to metropolitan areas of major cities. If you would like to have a print sent to a location not included in the above countries please contact us and we can arrange your order for you.
We know that you will absolutely love your PrintBot purchase. As our prints are personally made to order, and as per the Australian Consumer Law, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or replacements if you change your mind. If your order arrives damaged or is faulty you are entitled to a refund or an exchange. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 working days of receiving the goods. You will need to provide photos of the damage. We will issue the refund or replacement upon receiving the goods back. When returning the item/s back we advise that you should pay for registered post to ensure it arrives. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items being lost or damaged in the post.
